We will provide ways for your staff to properly deal with and handle ill-behaved "service animals" or irate "service dog" handlers. Therapy animals can consist of different species ranging from dogs to horses. Not all animals are therapy animals, not all situations or environments are good for therapy animals. Working with professionals who will help navigate all of those needs is important when wanting to set everyone up for success.

Check out service dog Chucho in a technology retail store, as he works along side his handler. In this video each cue is being requested verbally for each step. A task trained dog learns what their handler wants or needs by reading body language, verbal cues and by use of tool such as a vibrate for request or use of a lead.
Restaurant etiquette
No matter what is happening around your service dog they should have the training and conditioning to be around anything and be as invisible as a crutch or wheel chair.
All service dogs should be physically attached to their handlers at all times unless in a medical emergency therefor all service dogs should have complete off leash training with the expectation of always being on leash. To ensure such knowledge by the dog it is expected that all service dogs have a minimum of two years training and be specific task trained.
